Sekureco per sekreteco ne funkcias laŭ sekurecaj spertuloj. Laikoj verŝajne neniam komprenas tion. Do tiu artikolo pli sekureca testo allogas multajn riproĉajn komentojn al CNN pro "rivelo" de sukcesa metodo por enporti bombon, kvankam la artikolo mem mencias ke la sekurecaj oficialuloj eksplicite diris ke teroristoj jam scias tiajn aferojn kaj CNN rajtas raporti pri la testo. (Ni ne parolu pri tio, ke aviada sekureco estas stultaĵo ĉiuokaze...)
It amuses/annoys me how many don't understand principles of security and bitterly reproach journalists whenever there's a public report about security testing, as if terrorists couldn't think of such methods to carry a bomb onto a plane. Security through obscurity doesn't work according to security experts. Laymen seem to never understand that. So that article about a security test attracted many reproaching comments for "revealing" a successful method to carry in a bomb, although the article itself mentions that security officials explicitly said that terrorists already know such things and CNN may report about the test. (We won't talk about what a joke airport security is anyway...)
