That is odd. I wasn't aware that the US generally allowed dual citizenship, much less dual citizenship with Russia.
But supposing that is possible, when I googled for "russcon", Google also suggested I might be interested in "ruscon". That turns up ruscon.org, which is the Russian Consulate.
Perhaps you can hijack their domain and start charging all sorts of fees for bogus official services, like cancelling their citizenship.
